About Me

Having worked as a Personal Trainer since 2015, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions.  My specialism is weight training, as well as being a Level 1 England Boxing Coach.  I'm also certified in pre & post-natal training, ensuring that you receive expert guidance throughout every stage of your fitness journey. Additionally, my nutrition coaching qualification means I can help you fuel your workouts and optimize your nutrition for maximum results.

My focus is on helping my clients view exercise (and themselves!) in a new light. Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience, I'll be here to support you.
